Sprouts? They are sitting on my desk reminding me that the gardens will need attention soon. The sprouts are 4 days old and should be ready to eat in a few more days. Throw them in a jar, rinse with clean water a couple of times a day, A 4-ounce pack of sprouts typically cost just under 3 dollars. I think that is a fine price but I like growing my own food, especially on my desk.
