Functionally Fit – In high school of college you were invincible. You were strong and could eat anything and never gain an ounce. Now you are 30 plus and guess what? Your body has changed and you need to be smarter about the changes that you are going through. Getting functionally fit is about making your life better all around. If you are fit, work and home life will be better. How do you do it? That is the question we will tackle.

Firefighter Fit – Firefighters deal with long hours and unpredictable environments. Pulling hoses off an engine, climbing stairs with 80 plus pounds, or slamming an axe into a door. Firefighters have plenty of opportunities to twist a knee, herniate their back or any number of trauma-related injuries. Perhaps the scariest statistic is the fact that heart disease kills more firefighters than anything else. Heart attacks specifically. You want to stretch before you workout, go ahead. These guys have to go from 0-100 in minutes. How do they train, eat, and manage stress is our focus.

Prison Fit – No matter where you stand on the mass incarceration of Americans, the fitness level of many inmates is undeniable. The no-excuse fitness levels of convicted Americans is not dependent on expensive gym memberships, nutritional supplements, or free weights. Contrary to common beliefs, federal prisons has been banned from buying this type of equipment for over 20 years. Most state prisons are the same. So how do they get so fit with limited resources? That is the question we will continue to answer.
